Goose is dark meat with a similar flavor to duck. It is succulent, juicy, and produces a good amount of fat when roasted that is great for making roasted potatoes. Whole roast goose has been a holiday staple in different cultures around the world for many years. Our geese are raised on small family farms in open pastures and are never given any antibiotics or hormones.
