Skinless Pekin Duck Breast cooked via the sous vide method with a savory blend of seasonings. This is just like steak! It is tender, moist, and incredibly flavorful. Plus it is fully cooked and therefore very easy to prepare. It is great for steak frites, salads, perfect for camping trips, and it can even be heated in the microwave for a delicious on-the-go meal. Each package contains one breast that weighs 4-8 oz (0.25-0.5 lbs).

COOKING TIPS:

    1. GRILL - Defrost the Duck Steak in the refrigerator overnight. When ready to cook, heat the grill to medium heat and then sear the Duck Steak for 90 seconds per side just to heat it all the way through and get a good sear.
    2. SAUTÉ - Defrost the Duck Steak in the refrigerator overnight. When ready to cook, heat a cast-iron skillet over medium/high heat. Then sear the Duck Steak for 90 seconds per side just to heat it all the way through and get a good sear.
    3. MICROWAVE - Defrost the Duck Steak in the refrigerator overnight. Remove it from the package and place it in a microwave-safe dish/container. Heat the Duck steak on high power for 1 minute. Then flip the Duck Steak and heat it for 1 more minute.
