All of our Freedom Ranger chickens are pasture-raised on small family farms and are never given any antibiotics or hormones.  They are processed and trimmed by hand. They are then air-chilled with no water added to improve flavor. Our Chicken Leg Quarters have incredible flavor compared to commercially raised chicken and do not have excess fat.  Best for slow cooking.
