Fully cooked hickory and applewood smoked duck bacon. This bacon has delicious flavor and crisps very nicely when cooked on the stovetop in a skillet over medium-low heat. Perfect for breakfast and great on BLTs and salads.  Also delicious on an emu burger! Each package is approximately 8 oz (0.5 lbs).

Ingredients: duck breast, water, (vegan) brown sugar, salt, sodium nitrite, spices (spices include: garlic powder, ground black pepper, ground mustard seed, thyme leaves, cinnamon, ground juniper berry, ground ginger, ground clove, ground bay leaf)

Cooking Recommendation:  The product is fully cooked.  To get it crispy, cook on medium-low in a nonstick skillet (we use cast iron) until desired crispness.  Cooking above medium-low heat will overcook it.
