GALSAFE® PORK
Amaroo Hills' GalSafe® pork does not contain detectable levels of alpha-gal. This is accomplished through a single genetic alteration that inactivates the gene that produces alpha-gal. Amaroo Hills' GalSafe® pigs do not have any other genetic additions or alterations and are raised strictly for food use.
NOTE: At this time, no GalSafe products are cured or smoked. We hope to be able to provide cured and smoked products in 2026.
