Refunds & Replacements
At Amaroo Hills, we strive to provide products that are good for people and good for the environment. We work every day to fulfill that mission with excellence. We are convinced that our meats are of the highest quality, and we guarantee that you will be 100% satisfied with our products. If our products do not meet any of the standards listed below, notify us within 2 DAYS of receiving your order and we will refund the appropriate amount or replace any damaged products.
We will accurately fulfill every order.
- If we did not correctly fulfill your order, tell us! We will gladly fix our mistake.
All of our products are shipped frozen and will be mostly frozen or chilled upon delivery. We do not guarantee that our products will be frozen solid upon arrival. Based on the USDA guidelines, it is safe to refreeze meat that has thawed but that has remained below 40 degrees Fahrenheit (most meat purchased from the grocery store has been frozen and is then thawed before it is purchased).
- If your products are 41 degrees Fahrenheit or higher or if the vacuum seal packaging is broken upon delivery, please let us know immediately.
We guarantee that every order will arrive within 3 business days of the ship date.
- If your order is delayed longer than 3 business days during transit, let us know immediately. We will then work with the carrier to resolve the issue and when necessary, we will replace your order as quickly as possible.
Each order will be shipped to the address that is entered at checkout.
- PLEASE double check your address before you place an order. Amaroo Hills is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.
Each customer will be satisfied with the quality of the products delivered.
