Trim that is left over from the pastrami process.   They aren't beauiful uniform slices, but for those who love the pastrami flavor and would like pastrami bites, these are delicious.  Fully cooked and ready to eat. Each package contains roughly 8 oz (0.5 lbs) of pre-sliced pastrami.

Ingredients: Emu Full Rump, Water, Vegan Brown Sugar, Salt, Sodium Phosphate, Spices, Sodium Nitrite, Pastrami Rub (spices, paprika, garlic powder)
