Similar to oxtail. Neck bones are perfect for making stock. The neck meat is tender and falls off the bones easily. Similar in consistency to pulled pork, the neck meat is great for BBQ sandwiches. Can be used to make a “beef” hash. Whole necks are great for making Vietnamese Phở, soups, or broth.
