Emu hearts are just as delicious as steak and are very tender. Great substitute for beef hearts. They are perfect on the grill, sautéed, and slow-cooked. We love emu heart kabobs (see pictures)! They have nice fat content on the outside which adds to the flavor. Each package contains 2 hearts.
