It is smoky, has a nice peppery kick, and has a hint of sweetness. Emu Pastrami is delicious by itself and is great for pastrami on rye sandwiches. Fully cooked and ready to eat. Each package contains roughly 8 oz (0.5 lbs) of pre-sliced pastrami.
