Non-GMO ducks smoked with applewood and hickory wood. These have a delicious sweet and smoky BBQ flavor.

These smoked duck halves are fully cooked and can be served either hot or cold. When served warm, this product is an excellent centerpiece for a dinner that will please the whole family (see cooking tips below). The meat can also be taken off the bone and chopped. When chopped, the smoked duck is great on salads and perfect for BBQ duck sandwiches.

Ingredients: non-GMO duck, water, vegan brown sugar, salt, sodium phosphate, spices, sodium nitrite.


  • This product is fully cooked and only needs to be warmed.
  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Place the smoked half duck in a dutch oven or similar pan. Pour 1/4 cup of water into the pan and then cover it with a lid or foil.
  • Place the duck in the oven for 15-20 minutes until it is heated through.
